Lucy Suarez joined Brown McLeod in 2007.  Initially working in a client-facing position, she is now a Director & Practice Manager overseeing compliance, HR, IT and administrative functions as well as the development of internal policies and procedures.  Lucy's key role across these core elements plays a vital part in ensuring the practice operates smoothly and efficiently.
