Established in 1980 in the city of London by Jimmie Brown, Brown McLeod Ltd began as a small firm, advising overseas companies and non-domiciled individuals on tax and accounting issues in the UK and Worldwide. Today we still retain a large portfolio of overseas clients at our Sheffield and London offices.

In 1985 we acquired our first music clients - now we represent hundreds of clients across the entire music and creative industries, including many household names.

We also act for clients in the property sector, from developers and investors to landlords. So, we are well-placed to advise on Corporation Tax, Capital Gains and VAT issues that arise.
