A limited company is the normal vehicle for conducting business.
This gives the owners limited liability protection and generally has a lower tax regime although professional advice needs to be taken as everyone's circumstances are different.
A company is required by law to have a registered office and we prefer to have this at 51 Clarkegrove Road as this is where the Inland Revenue and the Registrar of Companies have to legally send all notices.
A company has to file an Annual Return and Abbreviated Accounts with the Registrar of Companies every year and file a Corporation Tax Return with the Inland Revenue.
