Established in 1980 in the city of London by Jimmie Brown, we started as a small firm mainly advising overseas companies and individuals on tax and accounting issues in the UK and Worldwide.  To this day, we still retain a large portfolio of overseas clients.

In 1985 we acquired our first music clients and now represent hundreds of clients across the entire music industry.

We also act for many clients in the property sector ranging from large developers and investors to small landlords and are therefore well-placed to advise on Corporate Tax, Capital Gains and VAT issues that arise and also any funding requirements.

Our approach for all our clients is the same.  We don’t go in for the mumbo jumbo confusing jargon, nor the arrogant demeanour.  Instead we treat all our clients with respect and deliver our services in a friendly manner, building long term relationships based upon trust, good honest talking and reasonable fees.
